Deric,

I don't remember what the unloaded output of the power supply is, but that sounds about right. There is a dropping resistor on the board that can be adjusted to fit the requirements of the relays. If I remember correctly, Normster used a couple of 9V relays. I used 5V units in my build because I had some in stock. As soon as I get my boards in, I'm gonna load one up and see what the best value is for the resistor with three relays and footswitch LEDs all turned on.

Thanks. Right now I'm running 2 12v relays with a 56r resistor. Everything works fine but I'm thinking of adding a third relay and I don't think my current arrangement will handle it.

Deric,

I guess it will depend upon the current capacity of your transformer, and anything else you have looked to it. But, three of the ultra sensitive relays I use + 3 "standard" LEDs only pull about 200ma,..just a fraction of what the typical heater winding on a power transformer is capable of.
