Sounds great. And thanks for making the clips small enough for us dial-uppers to download. I have to turn a crank in the barn to get big files through.

Norm's layout shows 500Pf and I agree that's it's not the best. I settled on 330pF with .001uF in parallel on the mid boost.
Before anyone copyies that schematic too closely, keep in mind that I was tuning this to a very dark piece of iron and an Alltone 1250 speaker. The 500pF has another switched 500pF in series because the clean channel liked 250pF and OD with boost sounded best at 500pF.

I'm not getting defensive, BTW. I just think it's important to do what Dogears does...experiment with everything until you can almost hear the change in your head before picking up the soldering iron. (I'm about ten years away from that. lol)

Yeah.. i did alot of mods from your layout, if i had the program and the original layout i would update it, but i don't so i won't:) btw.. was that done in visio?

Icetech, I just hope mine turns out as good as yours! Nice clips....wait till you hear my sorry playing :oops: I still have Express clips to get too! :lol:
