Jelle @ Welagen amps seem to have no problem with a internal dlator.

Grounding points and volatges are crucial and yes from my own eperience it is a different sound when having a external dlator.
I have build 2 with internal dlator; one of them is a 2nd gen hybrid with a SS reverb in the Dlator loop. Sounds really great!
