You shouldn't leave out the two zeners shown in the LND150 preamp drawing. Do you have a specific reason you're using an 82k resistor on the drain instead of the 100k?
You'll need to tweak the values of the source follower stage but for the return stage you'll get better results if you use the LND150 preamp as drawn. I think you'll find those values will give you the best results...
