Mostly done with my own layout, with the exception of the B+ voltages. If anyone wants to take a critical eye after it. I would more than welcome suggestions/corrections. I Can't figure out exactly what to add to the board with the addition of the Reverb and Buffered Effects loop. Have an idea, but this is my first crack at this sort of thing. I'd like to learn more about scaling the power, any resources I can take a quick look at?

Some Corrections:
1. Remove the ground connection between the screen node and B3 node.
2. R/J switch is drawn incorrectly and has an extra jumper.

I found I had to have the hot 12v DC going to the foot switch as well to get the LEDs to light up. I put the ground on the outer ring and base/chassis and the 12v on pin 3.
Should be a nice amp! I keep thinking I should have done the loop and reverb built-in, especially with so much extra length in the JCM800 chassis I used and the available heater amperage.
The master volumes work really well and with the loop you may not need the 1/2 power switch or power scaling. I decided to leave the half power switch out and haven't missed it yet.
Depending on what you will place in the loop and what switching functions are available, maybe think about the switching on the loop. Take the loop completely out of the circuit with the manual switch on the back panel, but have the footswitch/relay keep the buffer in series, only bypassing the effect unit at the jacks. That way you have the buffering/smoothing and overall master functions available. Consider how you would use it in a performance situation and see if any flexibility can be added here.

I see you have pin 3 of the presence control grounded, which is not the way Dr D would do it.

Wow thanks guys! That's what happens when you stare at something too long! I'm using a blank chassis for this build so I'll have a little flexibility with the layout. Was mulling over bypassing the buffered effects loop altogether or just the reverb. Ended up settling on bypassing the buffered effects. Most likely I'll never use the half power switch, but i kind of like having the option 
 If you guys spot anything else, please let me know. I'm going to be working on the B+ voltage layout over the next few days to try to get the B+ values for the reverb and effects. Any ideas and advice are most welcome. This is a great forum!

My Quinn SDO-Reverb has the FX (in Loop) Bypass on it and I use it all the time when gigging. I run a Providence Chrono Delay always ON in the built in D-lator and use the Ftsw to bypass it instead of having to run effects loop cords out to my pedalboard I just set the delay on top on the amp to whatever setting I want and then use the FX (in Loop) bypass to toggle ON/OFF.

Also if your delay is up on the amp you can do some crazy tommy bolin delay sweeps and helicopter/alien landing stuff without having to bend over, if you're into that sort of thing of course...
Along the same lines, you may want to add a standard 120v jack to the back panel for convenience to power anything you may have plugged into the loop.
Not so much tone stuff which is highly personal, just stuff to make gigging easier, and ergonomics/facilitate getting the music out of your head for everyone else to enjoy.

You would basically mimic the return shunt when there's no plug in the return jack.  Grid in at recovery tube connected to relay common, off (de-energized) connected to send/drive pot wiper, and on (energized) connected to the hot lead of the effect return jack.
Only need 1/2 a relay or a whole relay for stereo dumbleator.
Relay off=drive pot send to recovery grid with effect return floating.
Relay on= effect engaged (returned to grid) with bypass connection broken.
Put a toggle switch on the back panel to take the buffered loop completely out of the circuit, same basic idea but at amps in/out instead of loops send/return.
