That screw looks like it was gaulded in threads and to get it out was then drilled out.
In fact, I did it myself on a build when my cabinet holes didn't line up properly, and when I tried to turn out the screw it locked up in the aluminum threads of the chassis. I had to cut the screw and drill it out and re tap the hole. Alot of grief.

Cautionary tale indeed! I've had one of those with a piece of solder, which is not so bad because it immediately melts & disappears.
I guess we all have experienced this, but, as James Bond might put it, "shaken not stirred" is the way to go!

Yeah, I love that macro setting on the camera!
Hmmm the only thing that was drilled and tapped was a chassis mount screw that I got cross threaded into the nut.
I suppose a piece of that screw could have fallen out when I drilled it.
Geez, that was months ago.
I wonder how it has been floating around the chassis then end up there.
It's not like I'm throwing this amp around.
Weird, but another lesson learned.

But ist this the peace of printing Knob mostly on Jeans jackets. You knoe you push man and female together. Looks like the half which was in the female. I had once something like that.
