I think if you can bypass the FX loop, you will see if the Master...buzz is the loop or not.

Could be bad solder joint on master pot or ground....or lousy pot.

Always meter your ground connections for .000 continuity.
Every one.

I do on every build. Keeps you from chasing your tail (and eyeballs)
when you experience weirdness. Eliminates a lot.

replaced pot same issue (buzz when dimed and off positions) will check all grounds ASAP

guitardude57(if you have time) looking at the pic on page 1 does anything stand out or look
wrong?
