Is the clean section always used for pure clean sound at the Dumble?
Are all crunch sounds generate in the OD section only then?

Friend of mine who played some different Dumble amps live and in the studio alway has clean volume full on and uses only the volume pot of his strats to go from clean to crunch in the clean chanel.

The ODS I played all have been very different in regard to the breakup point of the clean channel, depending on how Alexander did them: some stayed clean up to clean volume nearly open, some did break up very early.
