Mod 2 Tonestack..Blue Guitar

Was going through some old files and bumped into this.. I believe it came from Steve A @ Blue guitar.. I know its pretty old.. Still wondering it being a variant of the D-Style w/Rock /Jazz Anyone try this..

Yes I tried it, but found it not very useful.You lose some sparkle and
depth compared to the Fender circuit.Interesting maybe if you want to explore the "Jazz" mode.I would certainly add the 390 or 500 pF cap across the grid stopper to restore some of the sparkle.Who wants an ODS without overdrive anyway?

Those mods have been on Schematic Heaven under the Dumble mods heading for quite some time.

Yeah I know they have out there forever just wondered if anyone tried it... The pot values looked a little wacked!!!
