It doesnt matter how you set them it will just EQ the sound differently. youre supposed to play with them. 250K=treble 1M=Bass 22=Mids.
It's true i've lost my marbles and i cant remember where i put them

Do yourself a favor and test the trimmers in and out of the circuit before you start tweaking. I wasted many hours trying to fine tune mine with a bad bass trimmer. Perhaps someone can suggest a better spec part for that location. The Piher trimmers that I used seem to be wimpy to have all the OD tone going through them...........

I've found that the bass trimmer at 1M is too large for the Skyliner amp. Typically it acts more like a bass switch than a bass adjustment. I replaced mine with a 250K and it gets finer adjustment.

If you stay with the 1M, start with all 3 on 0, then turn the bass until it's comes on, like I said it's almost a switch. The mids about 50-70%, then treble to 30-40%, listening as you tweak. That'll be a good starting point.

Then switch from clean to OD and see how well matched they are. The goal IMHO is to have the OD have a similar BMT balance as the clean. If you ahve to adjust the front panel eq different for clean and OD, you're HRM is not correct.

(Or parallel the 1M trimmer with a 330k resistor, to get 250K without the need for a new trimmer. )
