Dressing up a Dumblator?

I saw the above link and I like the finish on this particular Dumbulator. It is done with Letraset, I haven't used this stuff since I was an apprentice but I remember it being difficult to work with.

What are your thoughts?

Just out of interest how did HAD do it?
