I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I were to play my Dumble clone and then plug a D'ulator into the effects loop without any effects in the external loop (of the Dulator) what changes to tone would I expect to hear?
Thanks for your assistance.

Re: Effect of the D'Ulator on the tone of the D amp?
It will darken the tone slightly (unless you use the bright switches) and smooth the highs (less harshness) and add some compression. If you've ever played a Mesa Boogie you can duplicate the compression induced sustain caused by an additional gain stage. A worthwhile addition to any D style amp.
