look at picture 4 of 10 - it shows a good view of the output transformer - any one familiar with what it might be? I'm assuming those are EL34's, if not, they're the really cheap chinese 6L6es.

When I saw the picks I'm willing to bet that the OT was a TF-170.

For those of you who didn't see the pics, you didn't miss a whole lot. Some OK front and back pics.

Here's a picture of how the back looked on a similar Dumble:

The other one had a fatter transformer bells and there was an even bigger gap between the right side bell and the cores.

Now that is a cool observation! I went back and checked on pictures of other 90s amps I have and... they all seem to have the same characteristic. Not other amps, as 124 for example.

Based on the pics I have seen from these era ODS amps I'd like to add that the guts of these amps are super tidy and well executed. 8)

Nice looking OT and again the Siemens/RFT powertubes. Not only Ken Fisher was a fan of these. :D

The one I heard ( SN# somewhere in the 220's I believe) was a fine sounding amp, not spectacular, IMHO, but certainly better than most other amps out there.

That OT looks like a Magic Parts TF 170, turned 9-0 degrees. Found sounding iron, built many amps using it.
