10" Celestion Greenbacks

Post by doveman »

Anybody tried these? I'm thinking about using one or maybe two in my 2x10 with my D'Lite 22/33. I like the feel with my G1265 1x12. Might replace my Emi 105s or maybe one.

I have a 10" scumback that I paired with my G1265. I think they work nicely together. The Scumback is a bit kinder in the high mids (not as articulate), but has a surprising amount of low mid to it. I wouldn't be surprised if a pair of them sounded great with a D'Lite, especially on single coil guitars.
