Hot rod deville transformer?

Ill bump it up to 500V. Does it matter what the previous rectifier circuit was? The only thing I am using for the old deville is the transformers and chassis, everything else (boards, tube sockets, pots, etc) is being rebuilt to modded D'lite schematics.

Ah, no B+ CT, hence full wave bridge.
