#124 Build Questions

Re: #124 Build Questions
I just wanted to post some final photos. I replaced the mid switch with the correct on-on type, and rewired the PAB/OD switches. These were wired backwards because I followed the layout that used a slide switch. Oh, and I also changed the power/standby switched. The originals were bulk ands ugly, and were too close to the heaters.

Very nice!
It looks like you have 2 x 22M resistors on your treble to mid switch...one on the pot and another on the relay card (I can see 2 resistors there(so 3 x 22M in total)). You only need 1, I usually just put them on the relay board and leave it off the treble pot.
Regarding the power and standby switch, you'd be amazed at how close they are to the heater wires in real Dumbles

Thank for you noticing that! Should I just clip it or do I still need that connection to the switch?ijedouglas wrote: ↑Sun Apr 20, 2025 1:34 pm Very nice!
