The 44Mhom between grid/anode CL2 ,makes compressed sound ?

No

It's a feedback loop and does everything a feedback loop does: reduce distortion, linearize freq response,... but no compression.

You can feel sort of a compression with that loop in place but it's related to the different harmonic spectrum out of CL2 (more 2nd harmonic)
