No, That's an external Dumbleator. The jacks on the amp are a passive loop. You'd put the Dumbleator into the passive loop, and the effects into the D-Lator.

Sorry Bob, I wasn't specific. I'm talking about the jacks strictly on the back of the Dumbleator. There are normally four total on the back, an IN, OUT, SEND, and RETURN... This looks like there is a IN, OUT, and Two SENDS, and Two RETURNS... thats what I'm asking about

Yep. Stereo.

My buddy has one. I have pics inside and out.

Nothing of note except everything is doubled up.
