Dumble Tweedle Dee Limited Run at ECG?

Post by philbard »

Has anyone else seen this? On Sept. 9th Emerald City Guitars in Seattle announced a limited run of Tweedle Dee's, apparently by Dumble himself, on Instagram. Instructions are to call for info. Here's the text attached to the short clip of a Les Paul being played through one. They appear to be new amps...

Welcoming this epic #dumbleamp to the shop!! The Dumble Tweedle Dee’s are a limited run by Dumble housed in a #fenderbluesjr cabinet. Wolf in sheep’s clothing!! #dumble #dumbleamp #dumbleamplifiers

There is nothing on their website about it, except a listing for a 1980's ODS with two cabs that you can scoop up for a mere $124K. Better hurry...

Interesting. Might get some barking back using the Fender Deluxe logo plate. Greenback speaker, FWIW...

I saw the post but didn't take it that Dumble was building for them. I think they have one and are describing it an amp that was built by Dumble in a limited run. Anyone call for details?

So it appears to have been only one, and was previously owned, so the reference to it as a "limited run" and perhaps new was misleading. Sold this morning for $45,000. And the ODS that was up for $124K is also gone.

JoeB perhaps?

Yikes....
