Has anyone had experience with the SD Pearly Gates pu, in particular wit a semi-hollowbody? Would it be too hot in the neck position?

They're fairly dark. I'm not sure it'd be a good fit for the neck position of a semi. JMO

I like it in the bridge,the JB was too bright for me in the bridge. Fender Flame elite-Clone PRS-Michael Kelly Hybrid- Pearly Gates in all three. Just my taste.
