Still loving my Fuchs ODS 30 after over a year :)

Post by John Edmonds »

By now I have usually moved onto another amp but I really don't have a wish list for this little amp. It's great for what I do i.e blues in small/medium clubs/pubs. With the 1x12 EV12L cab the whole kit fits into the boot of my little Modus. And no pedal board.

I bought my first ODS mod amp from Andy 10 years ago now. It was built in an old Twin Reverb Chassis which Andy supplied. A year later I got a Bassman 50 modded too. In 2005 I got a full production ODS SLX 100 head and cab. I still own and use the amp I got in 2005, the mod amps went to friends to fund the SLX purchase. Great amps, very reliable, great tone.

Oh, I have a Train45 too!

Cheers,
Rob.

I've wanted a Fuchs for the longest time. Theres just something about the chirp and definition that the other amps can't pull off as well (IMO)

The Fuchs amps just have this pleasantness and smoothness that you can listen to all day without 'ear fatigue'

I have a TDS 150 on my wishlist :)

Ever since i heard Jimmy Herring and Jake Cinninger ive been sold on fuchs and gassing like crazy
It's true i've lost my marbles and i cant remember where i put them
