What tip jack are you using in the CE chassis for bias test points?
5/16" (.3125") D-shaped hole.
After an hour of searching this site and the Internet I'm waiving the white flag.

Thanks for your input guys but not looking for banana jacks or other size holes. Need a tip jack to fit a 5/16" (.3125") D-shaped hole. If anyone has a source I'd really appreciate it.

The Kobicon part numbers that I referenced and have used were taken from the CE chassis CAD drawing, which obviously is setup for the larger form factor banana plug. You will have a hard time finding a 5/16" D mounting pin/tip jack as that mounting is normally .250.
As UHOP mentioned that Keystone part appears to be a compatible replacement for the Kobicon, but if you have your heart set on only a pin jack, then good luck.

He wants the pin/tip jack, not a banana jack.....that's the issue.

Look on Mouser, they have the Kobicon jacks and I am pretty sure they have both banana and pin style.
This would probably work...

That part # drawing still looks to be 1/4 to me not 5/16.
