Cool.

Concentric pot, check with Antique Electronic Supply for knobs.

Oh, Sorry you're in Canada.

You could use something like this and put a chicken head on the outside
shaft.

Thanks ,that's a cool idea. I ended up removing the dual concentric pots. In the end I could not get rid of the hiss and static when engaging the overdrive channel even with shielded cable.
I went back to the single pot and the noise is gone now.
