Looks like a 2nd gen with two extra pots. Early transition model?

Lowell George played an early '70's ODS Reverb, referred to as a second generation amp. I don't know the serial number, but somebody here might.

That explains the two "extra" pots-reverb. I bet Max knows the serial #!
