Dumbleator and stereo effects

Hello

I have a Dumble clone I built and also a Mesa Mark V. I also bought a Ceriatone C-lator. My question is this.

I want to know if it is an impedance match to hook up my effects in this order. With the C-lator hooked up to the Dumble and using the Dumble as a preamp for the Mesa power amp. Guitar into Dumble input > Effects send from C-lator into a Eventide Timefactor mono input. > Stereo out of TF - one leg into FX return of C-lator and other leg into effects return of Mesa Mark V. TF is set to line levels

I tried this lastnight and it worked for a little bit and then I lost a tube in the Mesa. Not sure if its just freak timing that I lost a tube during this time or was it a mismatch??
