SSS and Dumbleator

Post by Philrob1 »

Hiya folks

I am wondering if I could ask a question regarding SSS type amps and Dumbleators

I understand the Dumbleator is used with the ODS. Currently, I don't have a D'lator style unit to use with my ODS but that will soon change.

Bill @ Sebago Sound will be shipping me my Texas Flood in a few days and I am wondering - do I need a Dumbleator for that also?

I wouldn't intend on running any FX in the loop, given it already has reverb - all of my FX run through the loop of the ODS (delay and chorus)

Thanks!

I would talk to Bill and see what he says.

The SSS may have a reverb loop/effects loop and not need the addition of a Dumblelator.

No dumbleator needed unless you want to run effects.
