Hi, I'm searching to understand what is the goop that HAD used for cover its amp-board. It's a type of silicon?

From these I've seen is kind of epoxy shit in most of the cases. Biatch to remove, stinks awfully when you heat it up with soldering iron - the only way to get it off sadly

Denatured alcohol will breakdown blue permatex rtv. you can also take a heat gun set to low, heat the goop wad up and in most instances it can pop off as a single unit with the correct amount of heat applied or in chunks.
The black stuff removes easily with the same method..
About 2 months ago I degooped some dead "boutique" pedals for a friend to repair them,I popped off the bottom, and pointed the heat gun straight up and let the goop/heat/gravity combo work, the results were pretty good, was able to get the pedal working and discover its big secret was a TL072 opamp....
