I have searched everywhere and cannot find any advice or pictures on orienting a supplemental 6.3v filament transformer on a 150W amp to avoid coupling.
I am using Hammond X-mount PT (278CX), Hammond X mount OT (1650TA), JCM800 5H 120MA choke and a Hammond X mount 6.3v (167R6) filament transformer (I'm concerned its too big to mount under the chassis ODS relay transformer style).
Any suggestions/references to a resource?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Orienting separate filament supply on 150W SSS?
I'm using 14 amps 3.2-0.3.2 that way I can use 6550A/ KT88/ KT120
Your Hammond X-mount PT 278CX is 6 amps and the Hammond 6.3v 167R6 is 8 amps
that should work fine total of 14 amps. Loose the ODS mounting idea you have room on the outside of
the chassis.
Steve.

Re: Orienting separate filament supply on 150W SSS?
While it might be wise to elevate the cathode follower filaments above ground, there should be no reason to supplement an already adequate filament line for any kind of audio isolation...
