Your amp sounds really great and your chops are spot on.

Don't know what kind of monitor system you are using .....in ear or regular....but it sure sounds like you are very loud in the mix over both bass, drums and keys. And since your amp is right behind the singer, well excuse me, but that ain't helping her intonation, if she has to fight her way through the mix.

As guitar players we are notorious for being loud and for the most part concerned with our sounds and licks rather than the bands overall tone and presentation. I know I am.
Not me, I'm the lowest volume on stage but the keyboard player is ripping constantly turning up his volume at the keyboard. The one that is lowest on stage usually come out in the mix better.

Love the sound of the amp. Great job.

I can tell she is fighting to hear herself by the way she is constantly putting her finger to her ear. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. Also, I don't hear her straining to hit the note, so I think she just can't hear herself. I don't think it is a matter of her range. As a singer and guitar player, I can tell you that I won't play with musicians that can't respect the singer's right to hear themselves properly. It's amaturish at best. Giving the singer some room is musicianship 101 in my book. This is all based on what I hear. It could be that the sound man isn't doing his job...Wow, wouldn't that be a surprise? :P

I think the sound and playing is great. Any comments on isolating the tone from your amp. Was it an ongoing trail and error endever or were you able to use a wide range of distortion and your playing style actually gave you the tone you were looking for?
