Cool amp bold, I would like to see how he put reverb in the circuit? Fender style I assume
Aww man.. you mean I could have had a mint green suede cab
Just kidding, I'm more than happy with my buckskin head cab

Yep, first winter storm in the N.E., good thing you did not loose power.
Get the shovel ready, looks like it's going to be a long winter.
Thanks again.
Oh my friend, we did lose power! I didn't have power all day yesterday. It's like a war zone here. There are trees down on every corner and some nearby towns still don't have power. It wouldn't have been so bad if the leaves had fallen off the trees.
Yeah I use the same glue for tolex. It's H20 by wilsonart. You can get it at home depot.
KB- you can still have a mint green cab. I bet you'll be building a new Dumble by next week!
Not to spam the thread...but here's a picture of the completed mint green cab. The sun had already gone down, maybe i can get some better ones tomorrow.

I don't think so, I got the pics from a guy in Ca so who knows?
A good friend of mine owned a SSS from that era and it looked very similar but with black grill cloth instead, I though the Black SSS was his amp but I was mistaken.

Kirk Hammett's SSS was/is very special. It's the only SSS with eleven filter steps and with the power switches on the front panel I know of. The only other Dumble amp I know of with eleven filter steps is a Dumbleland Special 150W. I've attached a picture of Kirk Hammett's SSS (St. Anger) from this site:
Looks like it is Kirks. I knew I was baffled when I heard the thought of the amp being for sale. Why would a Millionare (Kirk Hammet) sell a Dumble? Doesn't make much sense does it?
