18 Watt Tremolo/Metronome

Hi All,

Recently finished my 18 Watt build based on Richie's mod layout. The good news is that I only have two solder burns and the regular Hi & Low Inputs work and sound great. The bad news is that on the Trem Inputs, or without anything plugged in, it appears as though I have built a metronome but the rate is fixed at 10 to 15 beats per second. The Intensity and Volume controls work but I can't get rid of the constant click without grounding Pin 2 on V3 (Trem Off).

Any input would be much appreciated.
