Voice coils and output trannies

Can anyone see a problem with having the magnet of a speaker in close proximity to the output trannie, im looking to stay as compact as possible and the celestion i,m using has a pretty deep foot print

As long as they don't bump, grind or rattle together you should be fine. Fender has been doing it for years.
