Great tube score. Every once and a while the planets align. I worked for a division of Siemens for several years, and one day back in 2005, they were cleaning out the panel shop and one of the guys called me and asked if I wanted about 60 of these "things" labeled EL34. It was a good day.

Congratulations! Wow, I have never been in the right place! I have never been that lucky, or anywhere near it. Nearest I got was about 8 RCA 6L6GC blackplate pulls, half of them have already gone to Valvehalla unfortunately.

The only longplate 12AX7s I have are one Mullard, two RCA blackplates and three GEs. I love the Amperex shortplates and can only wonder what the longplates sound like.

Says it all, doesn't it? Feel free to use it, I didn't trademark it!
