What I would like to learn about is: How is a Fender circuit (AB763) changed to be voiced more like a Dumble clean channel?
Like, it you took the AB763 circuit and changed some component values could you get the amp to be voice more like a Dumble clean channel;?
And if so, what would you recommend for tone stack values, etc.
Thanks!!

I guess it depends on which Dumble tone stack you're looking for. With stock AB763 values, try grounding the bass pot with a 10k resistor, change the mid pot to a 100kL, and up the treble cap to 330pF. That should put you in the ballpark for an early Dumble tone stack.

Re: how is a dumble voiced differently than a blackface fender?
I recently modded my 64 Bandmaster's normal channel with the Schematic Heaven Mods.

I replaced the second input with the Mid control. Put the Boost in place of the bright switch, added the Rock/jazz switch to the Treble control (on a push/pull), then added the bright switch to the Vol control. (also a push pull). Also I further modded the Vibrato tonestack to skyliner values and did the same switch config as above, as well adding a push pull on the tremelo intensity control to turn it off giving it a further boost. All this with great results. The cleans are comparable to my 100w HRM (considering the bandmaster is only 40w's), plus its great to pair the 2 up together.

The Mod 3 layout is based on the Classic stack the problem with it is they have the mid pot wired backwards..
