My local hardware store has those, you might check your area stores if your in the USA that is.

I got mine from Susan @ Stafast. I'm not sure of the minimum order, but maybe we can do a group buy.

NIce,

I buy mine (I use them on my Zingaro amps) via McMasters.

I have my local machine shop guy build me the tool below to drill them, take about 5 minutes to drill up 7 amps worth of fasteners.
