Precision filter supply board size 4 1/2" x 5" will work.

You'll want to watch the spacing on the radial caps to ensure they'll fit within the traces when you enlarge (or reduce) the gif file to fit on the board you're etching. The majority of 47uF @ 250V & 350V caps have a lead spacing of 7.5MM. My Precision Power Supply boards are 4" X 4.875":

I made this for a transparency.

It should be to scale or 1:1.

I use the Ifran Viewer for image printing.

4 x 5"

Always double check anything before trusting it.

The picture is for a BM but the power supply uses the mask I posted.

When I made that image, I did not have any of my own measurements from an original. The board I'm making is going into a "Brandon" chassis and I re-scaled the image for hole-centers of 4.5" x 3 12/32" to fit the pre-drilled chassis holes. The board came out to 4 7/8" by 4 1/32", but again, that is just to match my chassis with pre-drilled holes.

Yes... I should have the website updated this weekend. I have Precision Power Supply, Relay, FET, Relay Power Supply & Bias/Rectifier printed circuit boards. I also have the main board with eyelets. I still need to load most of the boards & take a few pics.
