I second that, if you want us to help you further, take some high quality pictures of the insides of the amp.

No cell phone pictures please!

I'll ask this again.

Do you have toggle switches to switch to overdrive manually?

Do they work?

I will add a photo today. Yes I have toggle switch on panel to switch OD manually. It work ok. I check relay as I mentioned. It's ok to.

So you can switch with toggle into OD, yes?

are your diodes correct or the relay board? They look backwards to me but you might have wired it up differently.

Yes I can switch with toggle into OD. Relay work fine they switched, footswitch work fine, PAB relay work fine. Diodes on relay bord are correct.
