So what exactly is the OJAI circuit?

I did some searches on the Ojai and Robben Ford Tan amp, to try to better understand this circuit which seems to be the Rugged Road, Handful of Blues tone; my favorite Robben tone.

Could someone please explain this circuit in more detail?
