Can anyone help?
I use 2010 beta visio.
tried using some templates posted around here of parts but for some reason they do not resize properly or when they do look about right I have text that is huge!!
If I can get this sorted who knows maybe I'll have some layouts to share in the future.
Any ideas welcomed.

You can always just right click on the object and your text box will appear.. There you can choose the font and text size.. Make sure that object is un-grouped from the rest of the drawing or else it will change all the font sizes in the grouping...If you want to take the font size down a pt highlight the text and hit Ctrl + and that will toggle between the 2..
To resize an object..Make sure it is grouped click on it highlight it then hold the left click down and drag it from the corners..If you just want to resize on one only side just drag that one side from the middle of the object.. You will see the small boxes on all corners and sides grab the boxes and drag..
Hope this Helps!!

Tony pretty much summed up how I do it.
Or is there something else you are wanting to do with the text?
