Chassis poll
Would you rather have the chassis annodized whereas you would have to remove the annodized plating at ground points, or would you rather they be enameled outside and left bare metal on the inside like the last batch?

Re: Chassis poll
I haven't even ordered one yet, Funk, but the Dumble pics I've seen sure look like anodized to me.

Re: Chassis poll
I realize that "some" dumbles had an anodized finish, what I am asking is what do you guys want to work with for YOUR clone projects.

I still would like to see what these chassis will look like, control layouts, back panel labels etc.Funkalicousgroove wrote:I realize that "some" dumbles had an anodized finish, what I am asking is what do you guys want to work with for YOUR clone projects.

Re: Chassis poll
I will have a prototype tomorrow to make sure holes are in the right places, of course it will be un finished and "rough."
Do you guys not care what kind of finish? if so I'm going to go with enamel because it's cheaper and easier. (and the vote seems to be leaning that way)

Re: Chassis poll
You might go one better on HAD and have them chromate dipped before painting.
