copper clad board
just a quick question for you guy's who has ecthed your own precision power supply boards, what oz. copper board is appropiate.
mouser has 1 oz. and digikey has 2 oz. or do I need somthing bigger. where does everyone buy their board?

The copper weight is about the currents you need to push.  For the B+, 1oz is plenty - just go wide.
There is also the etching time-vs-width thing to consider. Thicker copper takes longer. The longer you leave the board in the etchant, the more the edges of the traces you want to keep get eaten away. Again - go wide.

I did check there the price is good but I only see it in 24-36 in. pieces and that more than I need right now.
If the 1 oz. copper was sufficent I'll just get it from mouser since I will be ordering from them ,and save a few dollars in shipping.

Pretty sure Funkalicousgroove had some PCB company make those.Not DIY
