wraparound corners for 1/2 inch cabinets

I've started to wrap a cabinet (constructed out of 1/2 inch plywood) for a project of mine. I plan to cover the corners and purchased a set of corners for the job. Apparently, these corners are for cabinets constructed with 3/4 inch plywood and having a 1/2 inch radius. They leave a big gap in the area of the lip which I doubt I can pound out and still be left with an attractive looking cabinet
.
The search I've tried has not been a great success. The sites I've found have little detail on the geometry of the corners. Many mention the 1/2 inch radius. But not many mention the size of the cabinet lumber. It seems to me that someone must make these kinds of corners (pictured below) for use with 1/2 inch lumber. Does anyone know if a similar corner exists and better yet where I can find some?
Thanks!
Mike
