I'm considering purchasing an amp with Eminence speakers model numbers 67-7621 and 38-9079. I can't seem to find any data on these. Does anyone have any information or a source I could go to and find out what these are and the specs?

I don't think those are model numbers.
On the one, 67 is Eminence's EIA manufacturer code and 7621 means production date week 21 of 1976.
No idea about the second one, if it is a mfr/date code it is garbled somewhere I think. Can't find mfr # 38, that would be a very old one, maybe 1940's. Are you sure that 7 is not a 1?

Not sure on the numbers due to the fact I had the sales rep at GC get the numbers for me. I'll have to press on from here. I do have an email into the tech rep at Eminence...
Thanks for the info. I was able to get a visual on the speakers in question from ebay and you are correct- They are Eminence.
No idea if those are any good though back in 1976.

"Sales rep at GC" explains why you got those numbers. GC is not exactly known for hiring people that know s**t from Shineola.

The Rep from Eminence got back to me and stated they don't have information on those speakers. Too long ago...
Not sure what I'll do at this point. Is there any reason to pay as much as $120 for two 12 inch eminence speakers that also would have been used in the early Ampegs? Oh yeah, the Cabinet would be converted over to a closed back two twelve and no SS amp chassis.
Deal, or no deal?

Perception of a good deal will differ. If you really want opinions, I think you should tell us the price of the cab plus speakers. It looks like you are giving price only for the speakers.
A cab plus two speakers is worth just so much. With these unknowns, I think you've got to use eBay price for a pair of generic 12" guitar speakers because if you don't like them, that's where they are likely to end up. Maybe $40 for the pair?
Understanding the value of the cab is probably easier. A new 2x12 can be found in lots of places. You choose what you think is comparable and discount it about 50% and no less.
Example, Avatar sells a 2x12 with pair of Celestion V30's for $377. The sell the speakers for $89 each without a cab. That doesn't mean they will sell you the cab for $199, but that certainly seems reasonable.
So, by that logic, I'd want that deal at GC to be south of $140. I think I'd tell them if they want that cab to stop stinking up the place, you'll be glad to come by and take it off their hands for $100. See what they say. OTOH, if the whole thing is at $120 and that's their first offer, $100 is a totally reasonable counter, but I'd be more polite than what I suggested ;-}

This is a Woodson 1502 SS 160 watt, (supposedly), amp. It seems to work fine until you move the bass control away from zero. The the output goes to about 1 and sounds broken up. The cabinet is substantial. I don't want to fix the amp or use any SS parts from it.
Sale price is $119.00
Just after a 2 12 cabinet for ease of movement. (Old Rocker)

Heck, I'll bet they take $100 no questions asked. If they hem and haw, remind them the amp doesn't work and that basically makes it a liability for them. You're doing them a favor by freeing up some floor space for something they can actually make a profit on.
Sell the chassis on eBay for $25 (state that it needs fixing) and the speakers (if you don't like them) for $40 or whatever you can get (likely more than $40.) You end up with a 2x12 cab for almost nothing. I don't see how you can get hurt with this.
