Man, you gotta love that. No testing, shifting the blame on someone else, plus they cancel the warranty since it's a closeout. :roll:

Agreed they might reconsider the business model...I certainly wouldn't run my business that way.

Much to their credit, they have 2 tested speakers waiting for me and assigned to a quote number. I just have to call them to place the order and pay the postage.

Well, at least you got some type of resolution from it. It would be better if they just had offered this to begin with, but it would make more sense to test the stuff they sell before it ships.
