help ID speaker?

got this mystery cab in a strange trade (dont ask) neither of us new what speaker was in there cuz the cabinet is homebuilt like a tank and front loaded.

true blind test i preferred this speaker/cap versus my other alnico setup

does anybody recognize this guy? or read the codes or something?

t'would be most appreciated!! thanks!

Heppner ? probably a jukebox speaker.

Does it have a whizzer cone ?
