It didn't work well at all.

The internal braces themselves resonated.

In hindsight i would have made them at different angles, and slotted to each other like honeycomb.

I haven't given up on the concept, but it needs a different execution.

Damn, I was hoping you would holler 'Here be dragons, run away!' But the honeycomb comment got me thinking about hexagonal forms and how to cut them so they interlock. A job for Solid Modelling Man.

Then there the legendary Mitchell Sand Amp. An amp filled with sand. No resonance at all. I never understood why these didn't catch on. Well actually I do. :shock:
