wasn't quite done yet.
I've managed to insert the Riv-Nuts in her load pan for Kenny approved mounting
in her Cherry cab. I also did a "fakey" with the thru-bolted "Remove before Servicing" slotted, round head machine screw.
I found the Coral brand 18ga stranded to make my filament string look more
apropos. Both leads PVC Red of course. I also swung with the later style
bright switch wiring and can affirm there's not an unwanted noise in this brute
even at Max volume. Although I did perceive a Theremin-like squelch at dog
frequencies when I had the bottom cover off and I moved DMM probes over
various surfaces inside. It never made those noises again when she was
buttoned up.
I need to get a pic of the truly steller control plate Lonely Raven whittled for me
with his kickstart wood burning pencil. I really hope he'll pursue obtaining his
own burn flasher so I can maintain this quality level on the outside of my amps!
Thanks to all you who've made this site what it is. You should be very proud
of the giant steps your contributions have propelled us towards nirvana.
Noel Grassy.
