Just a quick look so far but, I don't see .0047uf C12 on the board.
Will look at it again when eyes have rested from watching movies with the wife.

R31 and R32 safety feature?
You are correct C12 .0047 is missing. The components set I received was missing that part. It is on the way. Good catch...I was wondering if anyone would notice that. Thank you Gary.
There are a couple "Bleeder Resistors" 31 and 32 listed on the schematic in note 8 that are there as a safety feature. What is this protecting against and does it affect tone?
