Gents-

I did a major revision of the BOMs to clean up inaccurate information and moved all the optional hardware stuff below the required parts to make it more logical and to help the pricing total on the first page reflect the real costs.

Additionally, I added Dana Hall's VVR kit and required hardware in the optional section, along with the parts needed to install external bias test points and pots for the Express.

Edit: I also updated the Express and Rocket Voltage charts with expected voltage values for your testing pleasure. I need a reliable set of Liverpool voltages for it's voltage chart- I have not built mine yet, so I have nothing to use.... Inputs welcome!!!
