Rocket low output

Just finished a Rocket, no hiss or hum but It sounds like a 5 watt amp
using a mullard GZ34 RFT el84's and a mullard in ecc83 v-1 7025 v-2 &
v-3 all tubes test stroung on my tube tester.
What I have found Rceitifer under load =314 volts, b+2=301 volts.
b3=102 volts b4=5.22 volts, b5=5.02 volts seems way to low on b4 & b5
Tested all resistors and found to be in spec. also bypased the 9.1k resistors from the 40 uf to the 20uf a little more output but didnt want to fry anything. toneslut power transformer dynacolne 4300k output
and the proper hammond choke, all mallory caps, PEC pots. the bias
seems hot. I don't think the pre amp tubes have enough voltage
on mt Express builds v-1 pin 6 is around 160 volts. The rocke is around 6 volts. please help Best regards Steve.[color=black][/color][b][url][/url][/b]
